QuickDraw Fund Control Establishes New Partnership with Fortis Capital Group
In September 2016, QuickDraw Fund Control started its relationship with a new lending client, Fortis Capital Group, LLC. Fortis is based out of Newport Beach, California and has a strong reputation as a fast and reliable hard money lender. They offer all types of hard money loans, including real estate investment and construction loans.
Our team was contacted by Sidney Baum, who is the Managing Director of Fortis Capital Group. Sidney reached out to us after a challenging search to find a solid company to provide Site Inspections. They issued a construction loan, their Borrower was underway, building a home in Venice and the first Draw request was already submitted.
Because of his bad experience with the previous business, Sidney conducted extensive research to find a reputable and trustworthy fund control company. The more he researched, the more QuickDraw kept coming up. When he first contacted us, we sent him a copy of our Lender Package and a list of our references. His priority was to protect the best interests of his investors.
