QUICKDRAW FUND CONTROL ANNOUNCES PROMOTION OF JEREMY NOBLE TO VICE PRESIDENT

QuickDraw Fund Control, a leading national fund control firm that manages the disbursement of funds during construction projects, today announced the promotion of Jeremy Noble from systems analyst & software developer to vice president. Noble first worked for QuickDraw as a student. After earning his degree in computer science from Cal State University, San Bernardino and a stint in med tech, he returned to QuickDraw in April 2020 as a key team member tasked with bringing the company’s systems and technology up to date.

“Jeremy started working on projects for QuickDraw as a high school student and immediately displayed a tremendous work ethic,” said QuickDraw Principal and Founder Greg Norris. “We knew he was bright, but quickly realized his ability to understand and execute work was completed at a level on par with people who have years of workforce experience. Fast forward, Jeremy has redesigned our processes and workflow through technology, which has transformed our company. His leadership, enthusiasm and quest to make QuickDraw the best fund control company in the industry are just a few reasons we are proud and excited to announce his promotion to vice president.”

As a leader of the next generation, Noble reflects QuickDraw’s values and is helping to position the company for a prosperous future with robust technological applications and fresh ideas. “I’m really excited for the growth of the company,” said Noble. “We’ve taken time over the last couple of years to innovate, and we want to pass our efficiencies on to our clients. We have centralized our data and made our processes more streamlined and secure. We can help our clients more effectively than ever before.”

QuickDraw is preparing to open a new office in Pasadena, California. “I’m super excited for the expanded in-person collaboration with our team. It’s the next really big step for the company,” Noble said.

Moving out of the pandemic, Noble also looks forward to meeting with existing and prospective clients face-to-face. “In the coming months, we will be attending multiple lending conferences, and are looking forward to personally meeting with construction lenders. It will be a great opportunity to let everyone know who QuickDraw is and what QuickDraw is becoming.”
