If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Site. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even if they are linked to from the Site. This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, available at quickdrawfundcontrol.com/terms-of-use, which govern your use of the Site generally.
2. Services. Generally, our services include, without limitation, construction draw inspections and fund control services for construction lending projects. These services encompass property inspections, draw request processing, and related communication with contractors, lenders and other project stakeholders.
3. Geographic Scope; United States Only. This Privacy Policy is intended for residents of the United States. Our Site is directed to users located in the United States, and we do not knowingly offer or direct our services to individuals located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other non-U.S. jurisdictions. If you are located outside of the United States, please do not use or access the Site.
4. Information We Collect.
a. Information You Provide Directly. We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us, submit an inquiry or contact form, sign up for or use our services, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include:
- Name, company name and title

- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Payment and billing information (processed through compliant third-party payment processors)
- Account credentials (stored using industry-standard security measures)
- Any other information you choose to provide in connection with a project or service engagement

Message frequency will vary based on project needs and you may receive multiple messages per week during active inspection periods. Messages are only sent during business-related interactions and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.
f. Customer Support. Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
g. Analytics. Monitor and analyze trends, usage patterns, and activities to improve user experience and our offerings.
h. Security. Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity.
i. Legal Compliance. Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
j. Service Improvement. Analyze usage patterns and user feedback in aggregate to improve the functionality, reliability, and quality of the Site. We do not use project-specific or client-submitted information for product development, behavioral profiling, or marketing purposes.

d. SMS Opt-Out. Opt out of SMS and text messages at any time (see the Text Messages and SMS Communications section below).
e. Data Portability. Request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
f. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), including the rights to:
i. Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell or share, including the categories and specific pieces of information
ii. Delete personal information we have collected (subject to exceptions such as legal obligations, completing transactions, and security)
iii. Correct inaccurate personal information
iv. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA)
v. Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to purposes necessary for providing our services
vi. Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights — we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service
You may submit a verifiable consumer request using the contact methods listed at the end of this Privacy Policy. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if needed and with notice. You may also designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
g. Categories of Personal Information We Collect include:
i. Identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, and IP address — collected directly from you, automatically, and from third parties; used for service delivery, account management, and marketing; shared with service providers and analytics partners
ii. Customer records such as billing address and payment information — collected directly from you; used for transaction processing and account management; shared with payment processors and service providers
iii. Commercial information such as purchase history and preferences — collected directly from you and automatically; used for service improvement, marketing, and analytics; shared with service providers and analytics partners
iv. Internet and network activity information such as browsing history and interactions — collected automatically; used for analytics, personalization, and security; shared with analytics providers and advertising partners
v. Geolocation data (approximate location) — collected automatically; used for service customization, analytics, and security; shared with analytics providers
vi. Sensory data such as audio or visual data from customer support recordings (if applicable) — collected directly from you; used for customer support and quality assurance; shared with service providers
vii. Professional or employment information (if applicable) — collected directly from you and from third parties; used for B2B services and account management; shared with service providers
viii. Inferences drawn from the above categories reflecting preferences and behavior — derived from other categories; used for personalization and marketing; shared with analytics providers and advertising partners
ix. Sensitive personal information such as login credentials and precise geolocation where applicable — collected directly from you and automatically; used for service delivery and security; shared with service providers
9. Data Retention. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (e.g., data stored in backup archives), we will securely store the data and isolate it from further processing. In some cases, we may anonymize your data for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice.
10. Data Security. We implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These safeguards are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal information, and we review and update them periodically as our business and the threat landscape evolve. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
11. Data Breach Notification. In the event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act and applicable state data breach notification statutes. Notification will be provided without unreasonable delay and will include, to the extent known at the time of notification, a description of the nature of the breach, the categories of information affected, the likely consequences, and the measures we have taken or propose to take to address the breach.
12. Children’s Privacy. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under the applicable age threshold, please contact us immediately by using one of the contact methods found at the end of this Privacy Policy and we will take steps to delete the information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may contact us by using one of the contact methods found at the end of this Privacy Policy to request deletion. For California residents, we comply with the California Age-Appropriate Design Code Act (CAADCA) where applicable.

Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every website you visit.
14. Text Messages and SMS Communications. We may use text message (SMS) and multimedia message (MMS) communications in connection with the services we provide. This section describes how we handle your mobile phone number and SMS consent in accordance with applicable law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) and guidelines set by The Campaign Registry (“TCR”) and wireless carriers.
a. Consent to Receive Text Messages. We will only send you text messages if you have provided your prior express written consent. Consent for transactional and service messages may be implied by your transaction with us, subject to applicable law.
b. Types of Text Messages We Send. SMS messages from Quick Draw Fund Control Inc. are used for operational and transactional purposes only, including but not limited to:
- Inspection scheduling
- Site visit coordination
- Draw request status updates
- Project-related communications
c. Message Frequency and Costs. Message frequency varies depending on project needs and your interactions with us. For example, you may receive multiple messages per week during active inspection periods. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for charges incurred from your carrier.
d. How to Opt Out. You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by:
i. Replying STOP to any text message we send you; or
ii. Using one of the contact methods found at the end of this Privacy Policy and requesting removal
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, you may text START or follow the opt-in process again.
e. Help and Support. Reply HELP to any of our text messages to receive a help message with our contact information, or contact us by using one of the contact methods found at the end of this Privacy Policy.
f. No Sharing of Mobile Numbers for Third-Party Marketing. We will not share, sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number may be shared with our SMS service providers and platform vendors solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and those parties are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
g. Supported Carriers. Our text messaging program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and display a prominent notice on the Site for a reasonable period following the change. We will endeavor to provide advance email notice of material changes to users for whom we have a valid email address on file, but we cannot guarantee delivery of such notice and do not assume any obligation to do so. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes, to the extent permitted by law.
