The Close-Knit Team
Quick Draw Fund Control was founded by Greg Norris, a licensed General Contractor and Certified HUD Inspector with nearly 30 years of experience in construction, plumbing, inspection and fund control. Greg steers the company by investing in relationships with clients and keeping communication clear and consistent.
Tobi Nieland is the company’s Principal and Chief Financial Officer. She has 30 years of experience in accounting and construction and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Like no one else, Tobi brings the energy and spirit to every project with her sharp eye and sense of humor.
Melani Rezendes is the team’s Draw Analyst. She has 10 years of experience in fund control and is the one with the eye to track every detail of the fund control process. Clients trust her to dot every “i” and cross every “t”.
Last but definitely not least, Peggy Kayser is the team’s Draw Administrator and has over 30 years of experience in construction and finance. She handles the administrative aspects of the fund control process and works with the team to keep the process clear and moving forward.
