QuickDraw Fund Control Helps with Mission Grove Industrial Project in Ontario, CA
Since the projects beginning in 2015, QuickDraw Fund Control has provided inspection and fund control services for the Mission Grove project, a new light industrial facility in Ontario, California. The five-building, concrete tilt-up project is located on 14 acres of land, stretching over 500,000-square feet, with construction currently in progress. This is the largest project our team at QuickDraw Fund Control has taken on.
It is also the largest construction loan that Partners Capital Solutions, our client, has in their portfolio. We are honored to be their exclusive fund control service provider, for the past five years.
The video features comments from our Founder & Principal, Greg Norris, who proudly talks about our company’s involvement with such a large industrial construction project in Southern California.
Also appearing in the video is Denham Leftwich, who is the Superintendent of the Mission Grove project. “QuickDraw is our fund control company,” he said. “They make life much easier for our office, the people in the field and the subcontractors.”
Leftwich goes on to talk about how there is a lot of city work involved with the project and how QuickDraw continues to provide quick responses. “They are on top of it,” he said. “They are on site at least twice a month. The guys in the field – they respond quickly and the money has been readily available every time. QuickDraw is the way to go!”
As Norris explains in the video, the primary goals for this project were to maintain its large scope and make sure every task was completed correctly and on time. “There are a lot of moving parts,” said Norris. “It is important that we disburse the funds accurately and quickly so we can properly serve the borrower and the lender.”
