QuickDraw Fund Control to Provide Inspection Services for Citizens Business Bank
QuickDraw Fund Control has many great partnerships with leading lenders and banks, and we’re proud to announce our latest collaboration. We have partnered with Citizens Business Bank, one of the premier banks providing financial services for a variety of different industries throughout Southern California. Title and escrow, nonprofit, industrial and manufacturing, medical, government, dairy and livestock, property management, professional services and agriculture are just some of the key industries that Citizens Business Bank serves.
QuickDraw has become an approved fund control company for Citizens Business Bank. We will primarily be providing Inspection Services in addition to other fund control services. Within the next few months, QuickDraw will be working on several different residential and commercial construction projects on behalf of Citizens Business Bank.
These projects are spread throughout Southern California, including Manhattan Beach, Yucaipa and Rancho Cucamonga. Over time, construction projects with Citizens Business Bank will include development of commercial and retail centers, and new home and commercial building construction. QuickDraw will be an exclusive provider of Inspection Services throughout the construction process. QuickDraw has experienced contractors and keen financial analysts on staff who specialize in construction, and can identify potential problems before they happen. That’s why leading lenders like Citizens Business Bank entrust us to protect their investments.
Another service that QuickDraw will be providing for certain projects with Citizens Business Bank will be Cost Review Analyses. A new townhome development located in La Crescenta is another project Citizens Business Bank has tasked us to complete a full cost analysis. QuickDraw reviews every detail of the loan and construction budget outline to ensure the projects costs are reasonable and sufficient. This is a service provided often for lenders who want to get a knowledgeable third party perspective before major construction loans are issued.
